Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your sunglasses must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

To start a return, please contact us at support@wearsolvano.com with your order number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
